Supervisor Carol Vaughan told the board the front property and Paleo Park "look great" and asked to install another bench; Grounds Superintendent Tim Gatz will meet to determine placement. Michael Walsh reported that a residence at Pond 16 had installed a pool and cage and that, "from the tee box, it seems that construction is encroaching on the EDRA and significant damage was done to the bank in the EDRA." Staff agreed to monitor the area and address issues with the homeowner once work is complete.
Mr. Gatz noted a temporary dam was built on Hole 11 to address an irrigation break after Chair Kathleen Lonergan sent a photo. The board recorded these operations updates under "Update: Operations Activities," and assigned staff follow-up for tree removal, invasive species work, and confirmation of contractor scheduling for outstanding tasks such as removing two trees overhanging houses.
