The stump-grind approval followed public comments from a nearby homeowner, Don Brothers, who reported an invasive, storm-damaged tree on CDD property behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive and a debris pile left by a previous owner that Mr. Putman inspected and photographed. District Manager Chuck Adams put the item on the agenda for board consideration.
The board’s action applies only to the single line-item approved; no contract amendment or broader mulching authorization was taken at this meeting. The work vendor listed in the minutes is A‑Z Tree Service, LLC.
