Council members adopted several governance documents required for RRC certification. They amended the Village Appointments Policy to replace the word "President" with "Council" for Section VI.2 so applications are forwarded to the full council, and the policy was adopted 6-0.
The council also adopted Zoning Board of Appeals bylaws and updated Board Member Expectations to add the language "Member acts as an ambassador and advocate for the Village" and to change the Desired Skills entry from "Business Development" to "Community & Economic Development." Both were adopted by unanimous roll-call votes.
