Board approves $407,112 change order to add Goshen Township work to 2026 resurfacing contract

The change order adds Goshen Township alternate work and represents an increase of $407,112.63, producing a total adjusted contract price to date of $4,152,899.69. Staff said the work was included as an alternate in the bid and could not be added until Goshen Township received Ohio Public Works Commission funding on July 1.
The board moved, seconded and approved the measure by roll call. Staff confirmed that the change order incorporates previously bid alternate work and is contingent upon release of the required purchase order.
