The Board entered executive session under 25 O.S. § 307(B)(3) to discuss the sale, purchase, lease, acquisition, or appraisal of real property. Trustees voted unanimously to enter and later to return to open session.
After returning to open meeting, Trustees voted 5-0 to allow a bid of $16,795.63 to be made for the property discussed in executive session. The motion was made by Mayor Steve Easom and seconded by Trustee Herb Rousey, with votes recorded for Grady, Easom, Luby, Snellbaker and Rousey.
