President Rob Tarvis nominated Arielle Pizzo to fill the councils vacant trustee seat at the June 17 meeting. The minutes record, "Tarvis nominates Arielle Pizzo to the Vacant Village Council seat." The council approved the nomination by roll-call vote with Yeas recorded as Matt L'Esperance, Pamela Que, Kelly Ryan, Bernice Smith, Rob Tarvis and Tercha.
Manager Megan Haselden was directed to work with Pizzo to complete onboarding and to have Pizzo sworn in prior to the July meetings, according to the meeting record. The minutes do not record a second to the nomination or any dissenting comments.
