The resolution also cites the county auditor's estimated annual revenue from the levy at $2,030,169 and directs the clerk to certify the measure to the Hamilton County Board of Elections at least 90 days before the election.
Council moved and seconded the resolution after the reading; the council recorded a unanimous vote in favor, 6–0. The resolution appropriates up to $15,000 from the fire levy fund to pay the cost of publishing the required election notices and other related costs.
