The board also approved a conservation capital-asset sale covering roughly a dozen items (two trucks, a trailer and a dredge were cited) after the conservation director described the posting and sale method.
The board voted to enter closed session citing "Iowa code act section 21.51 c" as spoken in the record; the motion to enter closed session carried and the board later moved and approved a motion to return from closed session. The board approved claims and minutes and set the next meeting for Aug. 4 at 4 p.m. The Chair then moved to adjourn.
