Kalaidi raised questions about political favoritism and spending. The Board recorded the vote as Yea: Murphy, Whitehurst, Arnold; Nay: Joseph, Taylor.
The amendment is effective immediately and staff said it would be implemented according to the negotiated terms; the county did not detail special counsel hourly rates in the open minutes.
