Town clerk and zoning administrator to add zoning compliance and state energy certificates to building permits

Town Clerk/Treasurer Patti McClure proposed attaching a Certificate of Zoning Compliance to building permits so the zoning administrator can follow up and confirm newly built residences are occupied and compliant.
Zoning Administrator Joe Witt added that builders are required to fill out a state-mandated Energy Certificate and that he will provide both forms to Patti for filing and for transmission to the town listers. The board noted the change and scheduled related budget meetings; no motion was recorded to adopt the form attachment at this meeting.
