During the public forum resident Marilyn Mecham — who identified herself as a Rosewood Estates neighbor across from the hospital — said neighborhood streets have cracked pavement and weeds growing through the cracks and reported large trucks and side-dump trailers using local streets instead of designated access points.
April Jones, representing the Payson Scottish Festival Committee, invited the council and the public to the Payson Scottish Festival scheduled for July 10–11, citing events such as pipe-and-drum competitions, musical performances, a parade and games.
