Councilmember Denise Williams moved to approve the minutes and also moved to approve Resolution 2026-012 Surplus Equipment - Park Table; both motions were seconded by Councilmember Edward Roscoe Lane and passed with all councilmembers present voting yes. The council also voted to pay the bills due before moving to the remaining agenda items and then adjourned on a unanimous vote. The meeting minutes were signed by Mayor Derrick Mostella and City Clerk Chrystal St. John.
