Public Works Director Travis Jockumsen presented a reimbursement agreement to cover the cost of upsized public water and pressurized irrigation pipelines constructed by Patterson Homes, LLC at the south end of the Patterson Phase near Main Street. Jockumsen said the upsizing was done to accommodate a potential future pump station and that reimbursement will come from impact fees consistent with state law.
Councilmember Ryan Rowley praised the long-term planning; Councilmember Brian Hulet asked when reimbursement would occur and Jockumsen said it is expected in October. The council approved the resolution (07-01-2026-C) by roll-call vote.
