Payment terms were to follow the dates on the purchase orders.
The procurement motions were made by Mayor Robert Morton and seconded by David Cassidy; Morton, Cassidy and Vice Mayor Melody Anderson voted in favor. The minutes record the purchases as individual approved line items and do not show any dissent.
