The Sperry Board of Trustees approved a permit allowing Darren Prock to install a culvert and driveway at 223 S. 4th Street. The engineer's report, as reflected in the minutes, recommended a 24-inch culvert; the motion was approved unanimously after a motion by Melody Anderson and a second by David Cassidy.
Trustees also approved a special event permit for the Copland Classic bike ride. The event was authorized to set up a rest stop at Town Hall on May 17, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.; the motion to approve came from David Cassidy and was seconded by Patrick McCotter, and the vote was 5-0.
