Sperry trustees approve three building permits for 151 W. Cherry Street

The Town of Sperry Board of Trustees on April 10 unanimously approved three building permits for property at 151 W. Cherry Street, requested by Premier Concrete and Construction for Lots 21, 22 and 23 in Block 1 of Hodgson's Subdivision. The Planning Commission had recommended the permits on March 6, 2025 by a 3–0 vote.
Trustee David Cassidy moved to approve the permits and Patrick McCotter seconded; the board’s recorded vote was five in favor and none opposed. Attorney Jeff Stephens asked the board to consider amending the zoning-code regulations for lot sizes in the town’s original plat, a request flagged during the review but not acted on at this meeting.
