The Sperry Board of Trustees unanimously approved the minutes of the February 13, 2025 meeting and approved payment of presented claims. The board also approved a set of permits including a manufactured-home replacement at 301 S. Cincinnati Ave. and demolition/building permits for 114 N. Atoka; a separate item from Premier Concrete was tabled for later consideration.
Other agenda items included the resolution enabling the Sperry Utility Services Authority to pursue a Clean Water SRF promissory note, direction to solicit bids for three storm sirens, and an executive session on personnel that preceded the board’s action to place Officer Jayna Johnson on administrative leave. The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
