OCMPF approves minutes, sends Chairs’ Meeting invitations and allocates $500 for food

Scot Brown moved to allocate up to $500 for food; Jean Schultz seconded. All motions were approved unanimously.
Board members did not attach conditions to the measures and deferred substantive event planning (presenters, final agenda) to staff. The actions set the logistics and modest budget authority for the upcoming Chairs’ Meeting; staff will confirm details and outreach ahead of the event.
