Carney said facility fees were approved for the Harvest Moon Pavilion, the Pickering Center and park pavilions and that the fees "went up some," noting there will be no difference in fees for Germantown residents versus non-residents. He added that the city plans to install 43 new Christmas decorations this year and that MLGW has agreed to ensure electricity will be available for the displays.
