Town Attorney Alyn Brown told the council he had circulated a revised draft of a noise and outdoor music ordinance for council review and that he would bring updates informed by Councilmember Rex Watters III's review. Brown also said he is working on a Food Truck Ordinance.
Town Manager Sandie Jones provided an update on the Unified Development Ordinance: REA is conducting background parcel mapping and zoning reviews as part of the process and the town has roughly 17 months remaining to complete the project.
