Potter County authorizes Diwali fireworks sales for Oct. 24'Nov. 3

The fire chief (S15) said he could not point to a safety reason to object and noted that the authorization governs sales only; it does not change where or how residents may legally use fireworks (use outside city limits on private property remains governed by state/city rules). S10 moved to authorize sales for the stated period and the motion passed 5-0.
