The Bristow Municipal Authority on July 7 approved a consent agenda that authorized maintenance and payroll claims, a $50,000 budgeted transfer to the City General Fund, and a $10,830 engineering claim for the Northside Water & Sewer project.
Trustee Judd Johns moved to approve the consent agenda, and Trustee Heather Green seconded. The consent package included Maintenance Claims in the amount of $69,014.98; Paid Claims $1,062.26; Actual payroll claims $19,213.08 for the pay period ending June 20, 2025; estimated payroll $19,583.96 for the pay period ending July 3, 2025; actual payroll $19,782.57 for the pay period ending July 3, 2025; and estimated payroll $20,171.62 for the pay period ending July 18, 2025. Also included was a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund and Claim #20909 to Guy Engineering for $10,830 for engineering on the Northside Water & Sewer project. The roll-call vote recorded Deshazo Aye; Fletcher Aye; Green Aye; Groom Aye; Johns Aye; and Witty Aye, and the motion passed.
The approval finalizes routine operating payments and moves the previously budgeted intra-fund transfer to the City General Fund. The engineering claim for Guy Engineering is recorded as paid from the Northside Water & Sewer fund. No public comment on the consent agenda items appears in the meeting record.
