The package includes AR 5141.75 (Extreme Weather Procedures) and policy updates across personnel, student safety, facilities, and board authority sections.
Trustee Holly Widmann made the motion to adopt the revisions and it was seconded on the record; the minutes record a roll-call approval for the adoption item. District staff provided the policy text as Ref V G and noted that the full documents are available on the district's website and in the Superintendent's Office.
The Board also approved a separate set of policies on second reading (BP/AR 1240, AR 1312.4 and numerous others listed in the agenda packet). These collective policy updates are procedural but affect governance, reporting and school-safety responsibilities going forward.
