Attorney Beth Anne Childs introduced Larry Curtis of CivicDynamics for a presentation on planning, zoning and related municipal development services. Councilmembers Heather Green and Judd Johns asked whether the city could afford the engagement. Councilmember Judd Johns moved to continue agenda item #7 to the Aug. 4, 2025 meeting; the motion, seconded by Jeff Roberts, passed on a roll-call vote with all present voting aye. The presentation will return on Aug. 4 for additional detail and possible action.
