The Bristow Hospital Authority adopted its fiscal year 2025–2026 budget on June 11, 2025, approving Resolution #R1441-061125 following a public hearing. The special meeting, called to order at 6:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building council chambers, recorded Trustees Joe Church, Kevin Deshazo, Heather Green, Frank Groom, Judd Johns and Randy Witty as present; Trustees Jeryn Fletcher and Jeff Roberts were absent.
Trustee Judd Johns moved, and Trustee Joe Church seconded, "approving to adopt a Resolution adopting the Budget for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year," which passed on a roll-call vote with Church, Deshazo, Green, Groom, Johns and Witty voting Aye. Earlier in the meeting Trustees voted to open and then close the public hearing on the budget; both procedural motions were approved by the same roll-call vote pattern.
The minutes note a period of "Comments and questions by Trustees," but they do not record any substantive remarks or specifics from that discussion in the official minutes. The action adopting the budget is recorded as Resolution #R1441-061125. The meeting was adjourned after a motion by Trustee Judd Johns, seconded by Trustee Heather Green, and a unanimous roll-call vote of those present.
The minutes are signed by Sabrina Mounce, Secretary, and Kris Largett Wyatt, Chairman.
