River Ridge ends Laz’s Lawn Service contract, hires GulfScapes at higher cost

On a motion by Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Bob Schultz, the board unanimously authorized management to terminate Laz’s Lawn Service and to immediately engage GulfScapes Landscape Maintenance Services.
