Board approves template grant of drainage easement from PSGRC to River Ridge CDD

District Counsel Tony Pires presented a drafted template Grant of Easement to transfer drainage from PSGRC to the River Ridge CDD and asked whether a sketch and legal description will be required for each instance. Mr. Eric Long said he is comfortable with the template and requested a blanket drainage easement. The Board reached consensus that the template can be used repeatedly, with a specific sketch and legal description provided each time an easement is presented for approval.
District Engineer Charlie Krebs said he is working on two additional drainage easements (Seaside II and Golf Course area) and will forward them to counsel when completed. A resident, Mike Rainstin, said no work has yet commenced in an area referenced in the Key Activity List; staff noted work will wait for drier conditions.
