River Ridge board administers oaths to newly elected supervisors and adopts officer slate

The River Ridge Community Development District board administered the Oath of Office on Nov. 19 to Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5. Cleo Adams, acting as the notary, swore in the supervisors and outlined required ethics training and Form 1 disclosure filing deadlines that will be added to the district’s Key Activity Dates list.
Following the oath, the board considered Resolution 2025-02 to elect and remove officers. On a motion by Terry Mountford, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, the board adopted the resolution and confirmed the following appointments: Bob Schultz, Chair; Terry Mountford, Vice Chair; and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretaries. The motion was approved unanimously. Mrs. Adams reviewed the Sunshine Amendment and the Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees and noted Form 8B procedures for disclosing voting conflicts.
