The Three Forks City Council approved a multi-item consent agenda that covered city claims for water-project draw payments, fiscal-year claims for both city and rodeo arena, meeting minutes, planning minutes, and several service and task-order agreements.
Items approved included Solutions Engineered, LLC for design and project management of 2026 Headwaters Trail crack sealing and overlays ($8,800); Task Order #18 with Great West Engineering for asphalt patching bid documentation ($9,400); two specialty performers for the rodeo ($1,000 each); and acceptance of a $50,000 grant from Northwestern Energy toward a custom solar photovoltaic incentive project signed by the mayor on July 7, 2026. Councilman Robert Buchholz moved to approve the consent agenda; Councilman Alex Blackburn seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Council recorded the consent motion and moved on to new business. No public comments were offered on the consent agenda.
