The board approved the business administrator’s recommended bill lists dated Nov. 15, 2024 with fund totals: General Fund $629,655.88; Special Revenue $14,111.11; Capital Projects $467.60; Food Services $113,171.53 — for a bill list total of $757,406.12. The packet also listed payroll totals of $601,858.86 (Oct. 31) and $608,429.95 (Nov. 15) and showed Total Expenditures of $1,967,694.93.
The board approved acceptance of several donations: hockey team duffle bags from the RFH Booster Club with an approximate value of $3,000; a holiday wreath from the Rumson Garden Club (~$80); and a 2018 GE Café Series Energy Star French Door refrigerator (approx. $3,600 new) to be used in the Dawg House. These items were included in Finance agenda items 14–24, approved on a motion by Mr. Grant, seconded by Mrs. Whitehouse.
The board also authorized use of outside venues for athletics at no cost to the district (including Rumson Country Club and St. George’s-by-the-River) and approved consultant and conference attendance items listed in the packet.
