The packet entered into the record lists dozens of employees by name, job-grade and the specific personnel action (examples include 2% COLA for multiple job grades and step increases for identified staff). The full CPS forms list was filed as a meeting exhibit.
The board then voted separately on CPS forms submitted for each commissioner. A motion approving Chair Sandra M. Wright's CPS form passed with Wright recorded as abstaining (Hanley-Yes; Valanzola-Yes; Wright-Abstain). A motion approving Commissioner Hanley's CPS form passed with Hanley recorded as abstaining (Valanzola-Yes; Wright-Yes; Hanley-Abstain). A motion approving Commissioner Valanzola's CPS form passed with Valanzola recorded as abstaining (Hanley-Yes; Wright-Yes; Valanzola-Abstain).
Administrators and staff present included County Administrator Frank Basler and Deputy Treasurer Jeffrey Welch; the list of CPS forms and the full personnel roster were entered into the meeting record and are available with the meeting documents.
