The Richford Selectboard on July 16, 2026 approved two facility repairs: hiring Bob Peters to repair a back wall at the EMS building and contracting Kermit White to address the Town Hall sill and wall. Chair Steinhour made the motions; Selectman Joseph Desmarais seconded the EMS repair motion and the board voted unanimously on both items.
Town Clerk Kiley Deuso also presented three estimates for routine maintenance to the town’s generators from D&D Electric, Milton CAT, and Brookfield Services; the board later voted to award that work to D&D Electric (see separate item). Minutes did not record repair costs or schedules for the EMS or Town Hall work.
