Plymouth County administrator Frank Basler announces retirement; staff introductions follow

Frank Basler opened the Feb. 5 meeting at 5:32 PM and announced his intention to retire. Basler then introduced Theresa Vernazzaro, Assistant County Administrator, and Chris Heffernan as incoming administrators; Vernazzaro took the meeting minutes.
Following the announcement, Justin Evans chaired the remainder of the session. The board did not record a formal transition schedule at the meeting; administrative staff will file standard paperwork and update county records as needed.
