Advisory board unanimously appoints Matthew Dyer to three-year CPCWDC commission term

The advisory board recorded a roll-call vote with Brian McSweeney, Peter Veneto, Donald Howard, Matthew Penella and Justin Evans voting yes; the motion carried unanimously.
