The Caseville City Council on Dec. 8 adopted Resolution #2025-63 to set the water rate for customers in Pigeon and Caseville Townships at $10.00 per 1,000 gallons. The action is effective Jan. 1, 2026 and will apply to the April 1, 2026 bill cycle. The motion (by Councilor John Tait, second by Councilor Jeff Hervert) passed on a roll-call vote of 5-0.
City staff provided the effective date and billing timing as part of the resolution. No dissenting councilors were recorded in the minutes; Mayor Christopher Stahl was absent.
