Members discussed that Lewis–Packard/Ocean (LPOSD) uses MealTime, which allows direct online completion, as a possible model.
Terri Johnson said she will consult with Wyatt Smith about what fillable online form can be used for the district. The group also noted the need to confirm whether the Board approved using Innovia funds for the Child Nutrition Program; if approved, those funds could cover the cost of implementing an online fillable form.
