Member Carroll moved and Member Stumpf seconded a motion to enter executive session at 6:52 p.m., citing portions of the Illinois Open Meetings Act: 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) (personnel), 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5) (purchase or lease of real property) and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) (pending or probable litigation). The motion passed as recorded in the minutes.
The minutes later record a motion by Member Stoll, seconded by Member Stumpf, to employ Christopher Moore as a Maintenance Worker effective immediately; the motion was recorded as approved by Members Carroll, Miller, Stoll and Stumpf. A motion to adjourn at 7:17 p.m. followed and was approved.
