The Zoning Board approved a bundle of housekeeping amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance designed to remove carryover language, correct scrivener errors and renumber appendices. Adam Wallen told the panel the amendments correct an incorrect ownership-disclosure threshold and align multiple developer application sections with state statute.
"For zoning petitions, the statute is 20%," Wallen said while describing the correction. The board voted unanimously to adopt the package with two exceptions (fence language and off‑site services), approving the remaining edits to clarify the ordinance and remove obsolete references. The approved changes also included restoring an accessory‑structure height limitation and removing orphaned school-land donation text that was omitted during earlier revisions.
