Carlinville board adopts Vision 2030 resolution supporting mandated relief and shared accountability

Motion to adopt the Vision 2030 resolution was made by Kyle Bradley and seconded by Maya Reid. The board approved the resolution by voice vote with all present voting in favor (5–0).
