D95 board approves employment recommendations and $3.12 million in payroll/payables

At its Feb. 12 meeting the Board of Education for School District No. 95 voted unanimously to approve employment recommendations that staff presented after a closed session and to accept the consent agenda.
The consent agenda included approval of closed and regular minutes for Jan. 15, 2026, and ratification of payroll and payables amounting to $3,119,889.81 across Board Accounts Payable, ACH, VISA and AT&T payables. The motion to enter closed session was moved by Mrs. Loerop, seconded by Mrs. Jordan, and the post-closed-session motion to approve employment recommendations was moved by Mrs. Jordan and seconded by Mrs. Loerop. The consent agenda approval was moved by Mrs. Loerop and seconded by Mrs. Novak; all votes recorded were ayes and motions carried.
No nay votes were recorded on the motions listed in the meeting minutes. The board adjourned at 8:09 p.m. after a closing motion by Mrs. Jordan, seconded by Mr. Camacho.
