Item R (Intergovernmental Agreement between Cicero School District 99 and the Town of Cicero for the Larry Dominick Literacy Program) was pulled from the consent agenda by President Tomschin and then approved separately; the recorded vote on that agreement showed Yeas from Secretary Manouzi and Members Terracino, Couch, Moreno and Barrera, with President Tomschin and Vice‑President Dominick recorded as abstaining.
