The Carlinville CUSD 1 Board accepted multiple resignations and approved personnel actions at its March meeting. The board accepted the resignations of Ashley Vinyard (CMS Cheer Coach), Molly Suttles (CHS Cheer Coach) and Kim Zimmerman (effective end of 2025–26). The board also approved the employment motion assigning Ashley Vinyard as CHS Cheer Coach pending completion of paperwork.
In a separate roll call motion the board granted tenure beginning the 2026–27 school year to a listed group of educators (including Ashley Mullen, Brandie Mullink and others) and renewed contracts for a second group of staff for 2026–27. The board also noted that teacher resident contracts will terminate at the end of the 2025–26 school year per their contracts. All personnel motions passed with recorded votes showing five yes votes and two members absent.
