Lemont board approves personnel roster changes, new paraeducator and coach hire

The Lemont Township High School District 210 Board of Education approved the Personnel Consent Agenda at its Jan. 20 meeting. Member Beverly Marzec moved the personnel slate, which Member Sarah Pocic seconded; the motion passed 5–0. The certified resignation of Eddie Resendiz, Business Teacher, was accepted effective at the end of the 2025–26 school year.
Non-certified personnel actions approved included the hire of Lisa Sill-Stramaglia as a paraeducator at $19 per hour (contingent on required documents and background checks), the re-hire of Marianne Ray as a CDL bus driver at $30.90 per hour, and the hire of David Urban as Assistant Boys’ Tennis Coach (step 1) with a stipend of $4,977.04 for 2025–26. Several extracurricular resignations were also recorded in the personnel section of the minutes.
