Member Carroll moved the motion to enter executive session; President Stoll seconded and the motion passed 4–0 (Members Carroll, Miller, Mushaney, Stoll voting yes; Members Agnew-Bennett, DeClue and Stumpf absent).
After the executive session, Member Carroll moved to return to open session at 6:58 p.m.; Member Mushaney seconded and the motion carried 4–0. The board then moved to adjourn at 7:00 p.m.; Member Carroll made the motion and Member Mushaney seconded. The minutes record no further business and close with signature lines for the President and Secretary of the Board.
