Cicero SD 99 board appoints Dominick as President Pro‑Tem, adjourns public hearing

Prior to the public hearing on March 11, 2026, Member Barrera moved and Member Terracino seconded a motion to appoint Vice‑President Dominick as President Pro‑Tem for the meeting. The roll call recorded yeas from Vice‑President Dominick, Secretary Manouzi, Members Terracino, Moreno and Barrera; President Tomschin and Member Couch were absent and the motion carried.
After the PMA Securities presentation on the proposed $25,000,000 Working Cash Bonds, the district opened the hearing for public comment; no members of the public spoke and there were no written comments. Member Moreno then moved and Member Terracino seconded to adjourn the public hearing at 6:35 p.m.; roll call again recorded yeas from Dominick, Manouzi, Terracino, Moreno and Barrera and the motion carried.
