Summary

A motion by Giron, seconded by Ciancio, tabled item A2 (Nov. 13 closed-session minutes) and item E (policy listing flagged for separate consideration). The amended consent agenda was then moved by Parker, seconded by Giron, and approved 5–0 with two members absent (Macias, Cervone).
The consent agenda covered routine and personnel matters: board minutes (open session), a series of certified personnel appointments, resignations, leaves, transfers, retirements and terminations, supportive personnel transactions, volunteers and student teachers, salary adjustments, and payroll and bills. Several policies were listed for approval; some policy items were specifically noted as tabled for later review.
