Members recorded as voting aye were Pinn, Garrett, Cutforth and Oxley-Turner; there were no nays or abstentions. The recommendation was introduced following an information presentation from Director of Information Technology Kincaid, who "presented the information regarding the benefits of purchasing the Chromebooks for the district" as recorded in the meeting minutes. The board approved the purchase as an action item labeled A on the agenda. The public portion of the special meeting adjourned at 3:29 p.m.
