The Lindop School District 92 board approved routine financial business and several policy actions at its Feb. 17 meeting in Broadview.
"Motion by Mr. Dawson, Seconded by President Patterson to approve the Consent Agenda including the Regular Open Session Meeting Minutes for Tuesday, January 20, 2026," the minutes record. The approved consent agenda included the district’s payroll for Jan. 1–31, 2026 totaling $439,614.24 and accounts payable of $274,290.41. The motion passed with recorded votes from Patterson, Dawson, Buchanan and Johnson.
Alongside the financial approvals the board accepted first readings of Policy 5:30 and Administrative Procedure 5:30 AP-3 with district edits, and completed second‑read adoption of policy 2:150 and policy 8:30 as presented. The board also approved changing review dates for a long list of remaining policies to Feb. 17, 2026.
Board members did not request further discussion during the consent motion. The approvals were recorded as unanimous among the four members present; three members—Griffin, Hannah and Myrick—were absent.
