The Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education approved a bundled consent agenda at its Dec. 4 meeting. Items included approval of the Nov. 6 regular and closed meeting minutes; personnel actions such as the hiring of paraprofessionals Aulona Abdullahu (effective Nov. 13, 2025) and Olivia Rainey (effective Dec. 1, 2025) at $17.83 per hour; a leave of absence for Alkashish Alkashish; and an FMLA leave request for Emily Morelli beginning on or about March 27, 2026.
The Consent Agenda also incorporated policy updates drawn from Press Plus Issues #119 and #120 (including board member oath and conduct, chain of command, pandemic preparedness, fiscal and business management, and discrimination/harassment policies). Secretary John P. Vranas moved the consent agenda and Vice President Myra A. Foutris seconded; the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor.
