The Board of Education of Lemont Township High School District 210 voted 5-0 on Jan. 26, 2026, to approve a personnel consent agenda that included the dismissal of paraeducator Cassandra Vasquez, effective Jan. 26, 2026.
The special meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. in the district Board Room by President Kurt Korte. Member Marzec moved the personnel motion and Member Antonopoulos seconded it. A roll-call vote recorded Aye from Marzec, Pocic, Gray, Antonopoulos and Korte; there were no Nay votes and the president declared the motion carried.
The personnel listing in the consent agenda identified the item as a non‑certified dismissal: "Cassandra Vasquez, paraeducator, effective January 26, 2026." The board did not record public comment on the item at the meeting.
The board adjourned the special meeting at 4:32 p.m.
